I am a graphic web designer based in New York City with over 15 years of experience with large media companies and small organizations. I work well with teams or alone and I am a very efficient designer using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe ImageReady, Microsoft PowerPoint, Macromedia Flash MX, and Microsoft Word.
While I consider myself a graphic web designer, my experience not only includes web design, but also print work, packaging, interactive and design for video and film. No project is too small or too large. I am currently available for web design and select print work projects. Design philosophy: I am concerned with getting the correct message, look and feel, and ease of functionality to the end user. I am detail oriented when choosing the color and typography. While I am careful with my choices, I am not afraid to explore outside the boundaries, lines and borders as I bend and break traditional design methods. Inspiration from my every day New York surroundings as well as fine art, poets, languages, cultures, and music, fuel my creativity. My designs are straight forward as opposed to being distracted with extravagant graphics or unnecessary gadgets.
